CSR activities
Izawa Tokushuhanasha has established a CSR charter since its establishment in 2012. Moreover, with the hope that people will be happy through plant printing, we have published the CSR Charter to clarify our role in society, the environment, and the community.

Recognizing that providing value to Japanese florists and contributing to the development of industry is one of the most important matters in corporate management, all employees will work together to improve the quality of the products and services they provide.
1 We will promote activities based on a quality management system to meet customer expectations and social demands with the products and services we provide, and to obtain customer satisfaction.
2 We set quality targets below and strive to maintain and improve the appropriateness, validity, and effectiveness of our quality management system.
(1) Improving customer satisfaction (2) Reducing the printing workload and improving the return on capital of florists (3) Promoting improvement activities
3 Through communication with flower shops, we strive to ensure fair transactions and build good partnerships.
4 In addition to quality activities centered on quality control managers, we will carry out activities to deepen the organizational understanding of the requirements of the quality management system through education and training for all employees. CSR Charter Role for the environment
Izawa Special Flower Company has contributed to the development of "manufacturing" in Japan as a pioneer of special flowers and an expert who also holds patents for printed flowers. Since fresh flowers are living creatures that are the same as human beings, we will properly recognize the environmental impact of our business activities, and all employees will work together to create a company that is friendly to people, the community, and the environment.
1 Do not print unreasonably, such as breaking the petals and leaves.
2 We will endeavor to protect the environment by proposing, selling, and processing printing materials that do not easily damage petals and leaves.
2 We are striving to protect the environment by limiting the number of flowers and plants that are unavoidably used for technological development to the minimum necessary, or by replacing them with artificial flowers. The purpose and number of fresh flowers used will be disclosed to the public.

CSR Charter Role for the region
[Support for literary and artistic activities]
Izawa Special Flower supports the creative activities of artists through the technology of printing arbitrary images on flowers. We hope that you can realize ideas for literature, art, music and other cultural activities and contribute to the revitalization of culture.
The production is done at Izawa Special Flower Company or coordinated with our partner flower shop at our expense and presented free of charge.
[Support for volunteer activities]
We are looking for cost-effective use of special flowers in education and volunteer activities. Until now, we have received inquiries about sending images of encouragement to elementary schools in the disaster area.
